Innovis VC enables exceptional students to understand the Venture Capital investor’s mindset and decision process on deal selection and investment decisions with a truly hands-on approach. Our members can leverage these learnings in their own VC career or when fundraising as an entrepreneur. Furthermore, we work with startups, accelerators, and other players in the ecosystem, who are complementary to our core mission.

About the job

As a VC Trainee, you will embark on a transformative journey into the world of venture capital, startups, and entrepreneurship. Our comprehensive Innovis Academy will equip you with fundamental industry knowledge and teach you how to effectively find and analyse startups. Following the Academy, you will become an active member of your local Hub, and actively engage in startup sourcing and collaborative projects, as well as take part in Europe-wide initiatives. Additionally, you will participate in exclusive workshops and events featuring leading VCs, entrepreneurs, and industry experts who will share their insights, personal experiences, and general advice. This hands-on experience will not only deepen your understanding of the venture capital landscape but also expand your professional network across Europe's leading entrepreneurial ecosystems!

About you

We are looking for motivated students who:

Are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at a top university in Munich
Have a strong interest in venture capital, startups, and technology-driven innovation
Possess an analytical mindset and are eager to develop financial and business acumen
Are proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working both independently and within a team
Have excellent communication skills and can engage effectively with industry professionals
Are keen to expand their network within Europe’s leading entrepreneurial ecosystems

Previous experience in startups, technological fields, finance, or consulting is a plus, but not required. At Innovis VC, we are most interested in your curiosity, drive, and willingness to contribute to our community.
