As a VC Trainee at Innovis VC, you'll embark on a transformative journey into the world of venture capital, startups, and entrepreneurship. Our comprehensive 4-week VC Academy will equip you with fundamental industry knowledge, combining online courses with live sessions led by industry professionals. Following the academy, you'll become a full member of your local hub, and actively engage in startup sourcing, due diligence, and collaborative projects with our esteemed partners. Additionally, you'll participate in exclusive workshops and events featuring leading VCs, tech entrepreneurs, and key stakeholders who will share their industry insights, personal experiences, and general advice. This hands-on experience will not only deepen your understanding of the VC landscape but also expand your professional network across Europe's leading entrepreneurial ecosystems.

About you

You are an ambitious and entrepreneurial-minded student eager to dive into the world of venture capital, startups, and innovation. You thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy tackling new challenges, and are ready to take ownership of projects from day one.

We are looking for exceptional individuals who:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at a leading university in Milan.
Have a strong interest in venture capital, startups, and technology-driven innovation.
Possess an analytical mindset and are eager to develop financial and business acumen.
Are proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
Have excellent communication skills and can engage effectively with founders, investors, and industry experts.
Are keen to expand their network within Europe’s leading entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Previous experience in startups, technological fields, finance, or consulting is a plus, but not required—what matters most is your curiosity, drive, and willingness to learn.
