About us

Innovis VC is the biggest student-led association in Europe which connects the bright students with the VC world and enables them to develop the venture capital way of thinking. Our focus is on learning how to evaluate early-stage startups the way investors do: analysing the team, market, product and many more.Through hands-on experience in due diligence, members analyze real startups to understand their credibility, scalability and potential for success - skills valuable for both aspiring venture capitalists and entrepreneurs. Across our European hubs, we work closely with startups, accelerators and VC funds with an aim to enable our members to gain practical insight into the lives of the investors and founders.

About the job

As an Innovis VC Trainee, you will immerse yourself in the world of venture capital, startups and entrepreneurship. With the help of our comprehensive Academy, you will build fundamental industry knowledge and learn how to effectively source and analyse startups. Once you complete the Academy, you will join your local hub as an active member and get the opportunity to source startups, be part of various projects, and to engage in European-wide initiatives. Along the way, you will participate in exclusive workshops and networking events with top investors, founders and industry leaders who will share their expertise and their insights. This hands-on experience will deepen your understanding of the early-stage ecosystem and grow your network across Europe.

About you

We are looking for motivated students who:

Are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at a top university in Istanbul
Have a strong interest in venture capital, startups, and technology-driven innovation
Bring an analytical mindset and are eager to develop financial and business acumen
Are proactive and resourceful, and can work independently as well as in a team
Communicate clearly and confidently when engaging with founders, investors, and other industry professionals
Are keen to expand your network within Europe’s leading entrepreneurial ecosystems
